Privacy & Terms
Last updated July 4, 2026
This page explains, in plain language, what data roo2ya collects when you read the site, how we use it, and the terms under which the site is offered. We keep this short because we keep our data practices small. If anything here is unclear, get in touch and we’ll answer directly.
What we collect
When you simply read
Reading roo2ya does not require an account. To keep the site running and understand which stories are useful, we use privacy-respecting analytics that record aggregate, non-identifying information — things like which pages are viewed, the general referrer, and broad device or browser type. We are interested in patterns, not people. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
When you subscribe to the newsletter
If you choose to subscribe, we store the email address you give us and nothing more than is needed to send the newsletter and confirm your subscription. We use it only to deliver roo2ya. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
When you contact us
If you email us — a correction, a question, a tip — we keep that message and your address so we can reply and follow up. Reader tips that inform our reporting are handled under our editorial guidelines.
Cookies and similar storage
We use a small number of functional cookies and similar browser storage to remember preferences, such as your reading theme, and to support the analytics described above. These are not used to track you across other websites. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work, though some preferences may reset.
Third-party embeds
Some stories include embedded content — for example charts, media, or social posts hosted elsewhere. When such content loads, the provider may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its own policy, which we do not control. Our market data on the markets and coins pages is drawn from external sources; we describe how we handle and present it in our methodology.
Your rights
You can ask us what data of yours we hold, request a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. For the newsletter, unsubscribing is the fastest route; for anything else, contact us and we’ll act on your request. We keep data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, then remove it.
Terms of use
Reading the site
You’re welcome to read, quote, and link to roo2ya. When you quote us, please attribute the work and link back to the original story. You may not republish full articles or scrape the site wholesale without permission. The words, editing, and original visuals are our work; asset names and third-party marks belong to their owners.
Not financial advice
Everything on roo2ya is journalism and general information, read at two focal lengths — the near lens and the wide shot. It is not investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Crypto involves real risk. Make your own decisions, and consult a qualified professional for advice about your situation.
Accuracy and corrections
We work to be accurate and to keep our reporting evergreen rather than reactive. When we get something wrong, we fix it openly and note the change on our corrections page. External links are provided for context; we’re not responsible for content on sites we link to.
Changes to this page
We may update this page as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected here, and the current version is always the one you’re reading. Continuing to use roo2ya means you accept these terms.
