This is because the game needs some sort of “skill” to play, a skill that they have. And you cant just randomly pick a character and say “Hey, I need more skills”. The reason is because you need a character that you can play with.
Why would I select a character because I know they’re going to be useful to me and I want to keep them in my game? Because it’s going to make me want to go out and be a good role model.
