I love baba diom and can’t get enough of it. I am not just a fan of baklava or the baba diom. I’m a fan of baba diom. That’s why I’m writing about baba diom. I’m not just a fan of baba diom, I’m also a fan of baba diom.
Baba diom is a creamy, slightly sour yoghurt that’s served cold the way it should be served. It’s made from buckwheat groats. It’s got the texture of a smoothie but is much thicker and has a slightly thicker consistency. Like a thicker souffle.
